The jam-packed March calendar certainly put us to the test. Two significant events, each with a complex programme, one right after another. Tight deadlines, dismantling setups, building new layouts, and coordinating players. Let's take a look at how it all unfolded
FNOPI NATIONAL CONGRESS
20-22 March 2025 - Sala della Piazza
4,000 guests, a 25-metre stage, 3,500 plenary seats, and outdoor installations.
From March 16 to 19, the halls of the Palacongressi hosted the XXII Telethon Scientific Convention, a 4-day event dedicated to networking and discussions on topics related to the latest developments in the field of rare genetic diseases. A source of pride for our region and city. A commitment that paid off with great results and customer satisfaction!
On March 20, everything was set to welcome the 4,000 guests of the 3rd National Congress of the National Federation of Nursing Professions, which ran until March 22nd. Numerous speakers, both in person and remotely, a plenary hall with a 25-metre stage and 3,500 seats, smaller rooms set up to host the “Simulation Training Village” with specialised nursing technologies, and outdoor spaces transformed into the 'Nursing Volunteer Village'.
“It was a remarkable team effort. As soon as the Telethon work was completed on March 19, preparations for FNOPI began, with the event kicking off the following morning. In just a few hours, the Sala della Piazza was dismantled and transformed for the new scenographic project.
Collaboration is the key to success for these initiatives, which require the involvement of numerous stakeholders. Collaboration not only among the numerous suppliers who worked at the Palacongressi during those days and among colleagues in the technical area, but also with the organising agencies, Gattinoni for Telethon and Riccione Congressi for FNOPI. The real challenge was to accommodate the demands of both clients, balancing them with the tight deadlines for setup and dismantling, as well as the technical requirements. It was a tough challenge, but we pulled it off. Everything went smoothly, and the complexity of the events makes us even more proud!”.
