Networking, meetings and showtime

For the fourth time, MyO S.p.a. has chosen Palacongressi as the venue for its convention. As a distributor of goods and services for the company nationwide, it gathered more than 1,000 customers and suppliers in Rimini. The event featured a large exhibition area with “Speed Meeting” rooms and a corporate Main Stage, while seminars were held on the first and second floors to showcase the latest innovations in the Hotellerie and Furnishings market. The Amphitheatre was the stage for a theatrical performance at the end of the event.

ANPHITHEATRE
The scenographic design for the show included the installation of three screens and a custom backdrop.. 

 

SALA DELLA PIAZZA ROOM
A 4,700 m² exhibition area hosted 90 stands, featuring numerous “open air” rooms for product presentations.

The event manager's remarks

Shaping your business”, the MyO 2025 convention edition recently concluded with a resounding success. By now we have a well-established relationship with our client, enabling us to create a “home away from home” atmosphere during both the organisational and execution phases. I would describe the two-day event as a “complete” experience, with a variety of situations covered by the communication project and the services provided: graphics, fixed and equipped work rooms, a spacious exhibit area which also hosted lunch, dinner in the Domus foyer, and a show in the Amphitheatre. Everything was meticulously orchestrated and well-attended. We hope to continue shaping MyO's business in the future!
