The 4th edition of the National Congress of Emergency-Urgent Health was held from May 8-10 at the Palacongressi in Rimini. 2,000 attendees, 460 speakers, 84 sessions, and 12 workshops. This was the 3-day packed schedule during which the Rimini venue welcomed healthcare professionals, managers, and academics. The congress also included an off-site activity: in the old town centre, the "Emergency Citadel" was set up as an information point for citizens, featuring demonstrations and practical exercises.
During the CEU 2025 event, we had the pleasure of interviewing our destination Ambassador, Andrea Andreucci, president of SIIET - Italian Society of Territorial Emergency Nurses. Together with Nicola Colamaria, President of OPI Rimini - Order of Nursing Professions, he played a crucial role in bringing this congress to Rimini. We asked our Ambassador about the strengths of our destination, the Palacongressi, and the connection between the congress and the city.
