The Palacongressi di Rimini spaces hosted a full-blown party in true Rimini style during the ISOLCASA company convention, Italian leader in doors and windows. An upbeat, positive mood welcomed guests from all over the country in the bright, spacious Foyer A. The entire area was set up as a seaside resort: lights and colours inspired by the sea, music and games that immediately broke the ice and encouraged networking among the guests. The aperitif was followed by a dinner for 700 people and an acrobatic display in the sala della Piazza.
"For our first major event we chose the Palacongressi di Rimini as the venue for our party to celebrate 35 years of business and the opening of a new factory. Our brand curator came up with the idea of a never-ending summer, and we invited guests and their families from all over Italy and some from abroad, to come together and have fun in a casual atmosphere. We’re interconnected every day at work, we wanted to connect as people. We started off with the crazy idea of connecting different languages at a party, involving everyone, and making it an unforgettable experience for all. You can see in the video how it turned out!"

"The challenge that ISOLCASA set us was to create an engaging project targeting a variety of groups, that conveyed a message of enjoyment and light-heartedness. So, we organised an authentic party where warmth, good humour and the characteristics of the local area combined to create a fun-filled atmosphere.
The Palacongressi was the ideal location to develop this project. Its bright and spacious Foyer A was the perfect setting for welcoming the guests: full of light and colourful décor, it really reflected the client’s brief. The entire area was designed to prolong that summer feeling: sun, sea, beach cabins, surfboards, islands with umbrellas, sun beds, a chiringuito and human table football made sure everyone had a great time, with a DJ to keep the fun going.
The guests were pleasantly surprised and captivated from the moment they arrived, the atmosphere smoothing the way for networking and making new acquaintances. The evening then segued into a gala dinner in the impressive sala della Piazza where a stage was set up for a show of lights, colours and a beach backdrop. During the evening, an entertaining performance di aerial dancing left the audience spellbound. Live music had everyone on their feet after dinner. It turned out to be an authentic party, just like our client had requested. Once again, this venue responded perfectly to the event’s needs in terms of logistics and design, technology and versatility of spaces”.
