Precautions taken by Italian Exhibition Group in regard to Coronavirus
The safety of its Guests and Employees is an absolute priority for Italian Exhibition Group. We pay extremely high attention to health at our trade show and congress locations with on-site first aid medical assistance and constant and immediate connection to the public, citizen and national health authorities.
The same applies to coronavirus (2019-nCoV).
Although the risk of being infected by this new viral agent in Italy is, according to WHO, currently very low, Italian Exhibition Group is constantly monitoring its evolution on the global scene. The medical centres at our premises have all the latest information and are abiding by the reliable and approved regulations and procedures for anyone who might develop symptoms of a serious illness while in our buildings.
Merely as a precautionary measure, we have supplemented our Healthcare Offices with a doctor specifically tasked to examine any suspected cases. We have installed additional devices containing hand sanitizing disinfectant authorized by the Ministry of Health and the signage panels along all our trade show and congress sites display the Healthcare Authorities’ official recommendations on the subject.
