A rain harvesting system optimises the use of water to irrigate the green areas, and the ice accumulation system cools down the structure and controls the microclimate without additional costs.

Among the good practices that the Palacongressi implements is the use of dynamic digital signage inside the venue and video walls outside the building, which both help restrict the use of paper and plastic promotional materials.

During events we encourage the use of eco-friendly transport, such as the shared use pathways that connect the Palacongressi to the hotels on the seafront. In addition, we are proud to be part of the Food for Good initiative that recovers excess food during events and redistributes it to those in need.
