If you already know your way around the kitchen but want to polish up on your skills, sign up for the new advanced cookery course (2nd level) with Cook Academy at Palacongressi,starting 10 February.

Following the success of the previous edition, much appreciated by Rimini's gourmets and aspiring MasterChefs, this year the level has gone up a notch.

In addition to going through various recipes, the course will also explore the organoleptic properties and nutritional values of the main ingredients used, the selection techniques, measurements, cooking methods and dish decoration. 

The first step is appetisers and the art of combining and presenting small plates with a big impact, followed by pasta, velvet sauces, risotto, fish, red meat and poultry.
