Food digitale Marketing at Be Wizard 2016!
Digital food marketing a Rimini will be addressed for the first time ever in the eighth edition of BE-Wizard!, to be held on April 15 and 16. An entire specialised session, with no less than fourteen experts, will be dedicated to the topic, analysing the best tools and strategies to spread food culture across the web. The session, new to the 2016 edition, is coordinated by Nicoletta Polliotto, lecturer in Web and Social Media Marketing at the LUISS Business School (Rome).
Among the in-depth studies on the programme is the Food Design theme, in other words, the aesthetic value of food online as a sensorial stimulus which can interact with the logic of marketing, another topic to be dealt with by Sonia Massari, lecturer at the Milan Polytechnic University of Design, and winner of the "Women Innovation Award" for women committed to innovation in the field of food and nutrition.
The importance of local search in the food sector, in other words, the web's role in searching for nearby restaurants via search engines, food apps and social platforms will be addressed by Luca Bove, co-author with Ms. Polliotto of the book “Ingredienti di digital marketing per la ristorazione”. Eataly World will also be present at BE-Wizard!, represented by its Vice President, Tiziana Primori, Stefano Colmo (Slow Food Italia) will illustrate how the production and supply of food have found an amazing advertising opportunity through the new media.
