Live Surgery from Franchini Hospital, Santarcangelo

New technologies to better meet the needs of medical-scientific conference organisers and to keep  abreast of innovation. The Palacongressi di Rimini has recently invested in new Christie video projectors that made it possible for the Italian Association of Corneal Transplant to broadcast onto the screens of the amphitheatre during its 10th conference, live operations performed at Franchini Hospital, Santarcangelo.

It was the first ever conference in which WU14K-M projectors were used on an 8 metre screen to connect the hospital via a satellite system, and to show 3 eye operations in 3 different operating theatres in full HD.
