The Palacongressi hosts The People's Court of Justice for the Right to Health

From 18 to 20 November 2016, the Palacongressi di Rimini will host the V National Congress of the People's Court of Justice for the Right to Health - Health Forum, attracting over 6,000 Senior Italia delegates and 2,000 physicians and experts. The event is organised by Senior Italia - the federation of associations for the elderly, in conjunction with the main medical-scientific companies in various specialist areas.

Presiding the event will be Giovanni La Via, President of the European Parliament's Environment, Public Health and Food Safety Committee, and Honorary Presidents, Beatrice Lorenzin, Minister of Health, and Gianni Pittella, President of the Socialists and Democrats Group of the European Parliament.  

The V Congress of the People's Court of Justice for the Right to Health, a technical-scientific platform aimed at developing strategies for advanced health policies, provides citizens and patients alike with an important opportunity for tangible and synergistic comparisons between Institutions and policy-makers, general and specialist medicine, the world of pharmacy services and nursing care, university and scientific research, law and health economics, in accordance with the Right to Health set out in article 32 of the Italian Constitution.

Among the strategic issues at the heart of the congress are technological innovation and devices, e-health, the health system's new philosophy, and the importance of educating the system's players on the management of mass longevity.  

This year, organised in conjunction with the Congress, is the Health Forum, a cultural meeting dedicated to the vast world of well-being, prevention and lifestyles, with events and encounters on topics such as Food, Nutrition, Lifestyles, Fitness, Well-being, Tourism, Prevention, Life-Saving systems and many more.
