Colours and flavours of Ireland at the fair!

The colours and flavours of Ireland come to Rimini Expo Centre on the weekends from 1 to 2 February and from 8 to 9 February with the Irish Festival, a new opportunity to find out more about the traditions, music, food and drink and folklore of Ireland.

The Irish Festival offers visitors a series of activities, from exploring a Celtic settlement to performing Irish and Celtic dances, from photographic exhibitions to ancient string and wind instruments, from historical re-enactments to typical games such as tug of war or the yard of ale challenge, from the school of arms to the Celtic village.

The event also includes concerts by international musical groups coming directly from Ireland and the Celtic world.

Taste the wide variety of delicious food and drink the country is famous for: stout-braised beef and shank, Irish grilled meats, traditional soups, smoked salmon, typical cheeses with herbs, apple cakes and pastries and other delicacies all accompanied by a glass of stout or Irish spirits.

The Irish Festival takes place in Rimini Expo Centre, on the via Emilia, in conjunction with the Orient Festival. You can access both events with the one ticket.
