The event manager reports

"We have been hosting Alfio Bardolla's courses for several years now at the Palacongressi. This year, however, we proposed a new location, to give the event space to expand and develop. Dedicated to personal training in the financial field, about 3,000 participants from all over Italy met up in Rimini Exhibition Centre. The new format included setting up Hall D1 with three 11-metre front screens and two 8-metre reference screens that guaranteed maximum visibility and interaction between speakers and participants.

The South Hall hosted accreditation activities, product sales and catering services. With the support of Summertrade, IEG's catering partner, various points were set up for individual catering as well as a coffee break for all 3,000 participants at the end of the event. The outdoor areas with water features and pools, porticos, reception area, hall entrances and path signage were all branded with the graphics of the event.

The format devised this year allowed our client to optimize both time and resources, since in addition to fulfilling all the various needs, it can be adapted in future editions for a greater number of participants. It was a good team effort, we were able to provide the organiser with support and coordination even outside the Palacongressi spaces and everything ran like clockwork, just as planned!!
